Terms of Service
Welcome to Forevi AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of forevi.ai and all related services. By using Forevi AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What Forevi AI Does
Forevi AI is an AI-powered platform for restoring and enhancing old photos. Using our proprietary AI technology, custom-trained models, and optimized processing pipelines, we offer:
- Photo restoration - fix scratches, damage, and blur
- Colorization - add natural color to black-and-white photos
- 4K upscaling - enhance resolution and detail
- Animation - bring portraits to life with subtle motion
- Sound - add AI-generated audio when you bring a photo to life
2. Who Can Use Forevi AI
To use Forevi AI, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Not have been previously banned from our service
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
3. Your Account
You can create an account using Google or magic link (email). Keep your login credentials safe - you're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@forevi.ai.
4. Payments & Credits
How it works
Forevi AI runs on a credit system. Each AI operation (restore, colorize, upscale, animate, etc.) costs credits. You can buy credits through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise shown. We may change pricing with advance notice.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel or downgrade anytime from your account settings - cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Unused subscription credits stay usable for a limited window after they're granted — 1 month on Starter, 2 months on Pro, 3 months on Agency. Credits from one-time packs stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
Refunds & Returns
By completing your purchase, you gain immediate access to digital content and AI processing capabilities. Because delivery begins right away, you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under consumer protection law. Due to significant GPU processing costs incurred during AI operations, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- You have not used any credits yet (full refund available within 14 days of purchase)
- A serious technical error on our side prevented us from delivering the service you paid for
Refunds are not available after you have started processing photos or using credits, as GPU resources are immediately consumed. If an AI operation fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed on your part.

5. Your Content & Ownership
You own your stuff
You keep full ownership of photos you upload. You also own all AI-generated results created from your uploads - use them however you like.
What we don't do
- We don't claim ownership of your photos or results
- We don't use your photos to train AI models
- We don't sell or publicly share your photos
Storage & deletion
- Uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Generated results are stored for 12 months on all plans
- You can delete anything sooner from your account
6. Acceptable Use
Don't use Forevi AI to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or defamatory content
- Generate obscene, harassing, or discriminatory material
- Impersonate others or violate intellectual property rights
- Circumvent security measures or exploit the system
- Reverse engineer our technology
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. AI Technology
Our service uses proprietary AI technology developed in-house, including custom-trained neural networks, fine-tuned models, and optimized processing pipelines. We combine our own developments with carefully selected and adapted industry solutions to deliver the best possible results.
AI results may vary - technology isn't perfect. We provide outputs "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or suitability for specific purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We're not responsible for data loss, imperfect AI results, or service interruptions
- Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
AI is experimental technology. Results may sometimes be unexpected or imperfect.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Use the service in ways that harm us or other users
You can delete your account anytime from settings. Upon termination, access ends immediately and previous payments aren't refunded (except as required by law).
10. Intellectual Property
The Forevi AI platform, including our software, design, brand, and AI technology, belongs to Space Media and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You can't copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

2. What Data We Collect
Data you give us directly:
- Account info: Email and name (registration via Google or magic link)
- Payment info: Handled by Stripe - we only see basic transaction details (last 4 digits, card brand), never full card numbers
- Your photos and media: Images, videos, and prompts you upload for AI processing
- Support messages: Any emails or chats you send us
Data collected automatically:
- Basic logs: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited
- Usage data: Which features you use, processing times, errors (no image content)
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the service: Process your photos, manage your account, handle payments
- To keep things secure: Prevent fraud, detect abuse, protect our systems
- To improve the service: Analyze aggregate usage patterns (not your actual images)
- To communicate: Send important updates about your account, billing, or policy changes
4. How We Handle Your Photos
This is probably what you care about most. Here's the deal:
- Your photos are processed using our proprietary AI technology, custom-trained models, and optimized processing pipelines we've developed in-house
- We do NOT use your photos to train AI models - not ours, not anyone else's
- We do NOT sell or share your photos with third parties
- Your uploads are automatically deleted within 24 hours
- Your generated results are stored for 12 months on all plans, then removed

You can delete your account anytime from settings - we'll wipe all your data and files.
6. Who We Share Data With
We use a few essential service providers to run the platform:
- Payment processing: Stripe handles all payments securely
- Cloud infrastructure: For hosting and file storage
- Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics to understand how the service is used (no cross-site tracking)
All providers are bound by strict data processing agreements. We never sell your data to advertisers.
7. Cookies
We only use essential cookies - for things like keeping you logged in and preventing fraud. No third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the site might not work properly.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access: Get a copy of your personal data
- Correct: Fix inaccurate data
- Delete: Request erasure of your data
- Export: Get your data in a portable format

12. Children
Forevi AI is for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the site. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
