Refund Policy

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and going to Account → Billing → Open Billing Portal. After cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and any remaining credits remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Payments for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable due to substantial GPU processing costs. Refunds are available only if no credits have been used since purchase and the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support at Account - Support.

If an AI operation fails due to a processing error, credits are automatically returned to your balance. If this does not occur, or if you believe a serious technical error prevented delivery of the service you paid for, contact support via your account. We will review the case and issue either a full refund or credit compensation at your choice. Variations in AI output quality are not considered technical errors.

During checkout, customers in the European Union expressly waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal and agree that digital services begin immediately. As a result, refunds are subject solely to the conditions stated above.
